Training

Providing in-person certified training programs on behalf of Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Veeder-Root, and Gasboy equipment for the Canadian fueling industry.

One of the most important aspects of our business is our people. Not just the people of PetroService, but the entire industry across Canada. We’ve committed to mentoring new-to-industry technicians by offering in-person supplier certified training and education.

Our in-house training management system is led by our long-time PetroService technician, Stephen Hill, who has over 30 years of industry experience.

We're able to provide annual, as well as interval training for all our technicians. This regular schedule of training ensures all technicians are cross trained in computer systems and hardware maintenance.

In addition to training our own staff, our Gilbarco-certified trainers offer educational programs for those within the industry:

We also offer custom training for our retail and commercial customers, designed to reduce potential downtime and decrease maintenance costs. This is designed to train employees to understand how to properly use installed equipment, understand compliance checks, preventative maintenance routines, and basic troubleshooting.

We’re happy to work with all our customers to accommodate their needs, including offering this training remotely for certain product lines.
Thank you to our Certified Trainers for their expertise and willingness to empower the industry and the next generation of technicians.
